1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-6 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.5
- Free shipping applies for orders above the specified threshold.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
- You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking page.
5. Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Accessories like Hijab Pins, Underscarves, or Arm Sleeves are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Final sale or clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items and size issues if the requested product is available.
- Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@beyzaboutique.com
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A prepaid return label may be provided in eligible cases.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Email our Customer Support Team at admin@beyzaboutique.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Package the item securely and include all original packaging.
- Mail the item to 2175 Smoky View Blvd. Powell Ohio 43065.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
